Salary depends on your experience and role. Freshers can expect ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, while experienced candidates (6 months to 3 years) can earn ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month. All roles include performance-based incentives with no cap on earnings. Top performers regularly earn ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 in monthly incentives above their base salary.

Yes, we welcome freshers with HSC or graduate qualifications. If you have excellent English communication skills and are comfortable working in US night shifts, you can apply even without prior BPO experience. We provide full training on processes, tools, and customer handling before you start taking live calls.

Our US process runs on fixed night shift timings, typically 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM IST depending on the process. Unlike many BPOs, we do not have rotational shifts. Your shift timing remains fixed, so you can plan your personal schedule accordingly.

We follow a 5-day work week with 2 fixed or rotational offs depending on the process. Most processes have Sunday as a fixed off. You will never be required to work more than 5 days in a week.

We provide free dinner for all night shift employees. Our interview process is simple and quick:

You will need to bring: Aadhaar card, PAN card, educational certificates (10th, 12th, graduation if applicable), passport-size photographs, and bank account details for salary transfer. If you have previous work experience, carry your experience letters and last 3 months salary slips.

Our office is located in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, just 5 minute's drive from Sanpada railway station. The area is well-connected by Mumbai local trains (Harbour line) and NMMT buses.
